Pancakes with a Ranger

Start your morning at Ichetucknee Springs State Park with free pancakes, fresh coffee, and orange juice, prepared by a park ranger and volunteer!
Stop by anytime during the event window to enjoy breakfast, ask questions, and learn more about the park. Rangers will be available to share tips for planning your day, information about volunteer opportunities, and answers to anything you’ve been curious about. You’re also welcome to simply relax with a warm stack of pancakes and enjoy the morning sounds of the Ichetucknee.
Bringing the family? The Visitor Center has coloring sheets, a memory game, a puzzle, exhibits to explore, and information about the Junior Ranger program. Nearby, you can also explore the 0.5-mile Discovery Trail, where you may spot a gopher tortoise along the way.

Gluten-free pancakes may be available with advance notice. For food allergies or dietary concerns, call or email before the event so the team can prepare.
Donations are never required but are always appreciated and help support future free park programs through the Help Our State Parks fund.
