The Gator Mountain Challenge is UF’s Alpha Epsilon Delta's largest annual philanthropy event, designed to bring the Gainesville community together for an active, high-energy morning while raising money for children with cancer. Held inside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, this event welcomes students, families, and community members of all fitness levels. Participants can compete in a bracket-style relay race or walk the stadium climb at their own pace. Teams take on “Gator Mountain” by climbing the 90 stadium rows, symbolizing the uphill battles faced by children fighting cancer. GMC is set inside the stadium, full of music, cheering fans, and hundreds of supporters coming together for an incredible cause! $250 per team/$50 a person (typically 5 members, plus one alternate per round)
Includes event entry, event shirts, refreshments, and access to all activities!!
Awards will be given to the top three finishing teams
All funds raised from the Gator Mountain Challenge benefit the Keira Grace Foundation, which provides essential medical care and resources for children living with cancer in underserved and third-world communities.
