Join Keep Alachua County Beautiful for our annual Great American Cleanup alongside a community Tire Roundup event as residents and volunteers come together to remove litter and beautify areas throughout Gainesville.
Community Cleanup: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Tire Drop-Off (rimless tires from standard passenger vehicles only): 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM or until bins are full
For residents only (no businesses)
Limited to a few tires per person
Volunteer Appreciation Lunch: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Meeting Location & Parking: Albert Ray Massey Park
Cleanup site assignments and maps will be provided on the day of the event. Groups picking up supplies in advance will receive this information beforehand.
Supplies: All cleanup materials will be provided by KACB.
Volunteer Requirements:
Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required for participation.
Volunteers of all ages are welcome. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
