Lizzie Robinson Jenkins, the niece of Rosewood survivor Mahulda Gussie Brown Carrier, shares the history of a thriving predominantly Black town and how a lie destroyed it.

Lizzie Robinson Jenkins discusses the legacy of remembering the real Rosewood and shares the vision of a museum dedicated to the stories and artifacts for future generations.

Lizzie Robinson Jenkins, founder of The Rosewood Foundation, has dedicated her life to ensuring that people never forget the true legacy of Rosewood. Among her many accomplishments, Queen Lizzie Robinson Jenkins has written two powerful and historical books that help tell the story of The Real Rosewood.
