Alachua County Public Schools Annual Magnet Showcase

Families and students interested in taking advantage of one of the district's highly-successful academic or career-tech magnet programs are invited to the district's annual Magnet Showcase on Saturday, October 24 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Alachua County Sports and Event Center.
Students and teachers from each program will share information and conduct demonstrations and hands-on activities. Last year's Showcase attracted more than 2,500 people.
Magnet programs are open to students currently in PreK through 9th grade who meet the requirements, regardless of where they live. Transportation from hub sites is available.
All magnet programs will also be holding open houses and some will offer shadowing opportunities after the Showcase.
