Stop the Violence Back to School Rally

Families are invited to attend the 27th Annual Stop the Violence/Back to School Rally scheduled for July 25 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Santa Fe College Gymnasium. This year's Rally will include performances, community resources and important messages about preventing domestic violence. Alachua County Public Schools will also be providing back-to-school information on such issues as transportation, free meals, calendars and more.
The first 5,000 school-age students in attendance will receive free backpacks filled with school supplies.
The Rally is organized each year by the community organization People Against Violence Enterprises (PAVE).
