Join us for an evening of fun learning to make homemade Pizza from scratch. We will learn how to make pizza sauce and dough from scratch. Each student will work at individual stations to learn to make a dough from flour and yeast and how to rise it. Afterwards each students has a dough of their own to shape and then top with fresh assorted items. A full toppings bar will be provided by the Café of fresh assorted pizza toppings such as fresh spinach, grilled onions, pesto, cheeses, meats, etc. And, then we will bake each pie for the student to consume at the end of class. Aprons are recommended as this is a hands-on class AND dinner all in one; bring an apron and an appetite.
