We have partnered with Operation Rudolph Roundup again. We have a lot of kids in need of some warmth this holiday season.
We have found another charity in need as well, which deals with children's cancer.
Stop on by the High Springs Lions Club and bring a new, unwrapped blanket, to help warm their hearts and share some love. As winter approaches and the temperature drops, the warmth and comfort of a cozy blanket become invaluable. For many, winter is a season of joy and festivities, but for others, it can be a time of struggle and hardship. Every donation makes a difference. Winter blanket donations serve as a testament to the warmth and compassion that can thrive in even the coldest of seasons. These simple acts of generosity have the potential to save lives, offer comfort, and ignite hope in the hearts of those facing the harsh realities of those cold nights. It starts with a simple, heartfelt donation of a blanket.
Blankets are more than a sense of warmth. They are a form of comfort when you’re sick, feeling down, or just need something to curl up with to relax. Think how much warmth and comfort your favorite blanket provides for you when you are cold or lonely.
Our Goal is 200+ New Blankets or Homemade blankets. Please bring your unwrapped blanket donation to the High Springs Lions Club and put it in our Donation Box under the Carport.
If you wish to make a monetary donation to this drive, please message the HSLC or call the Clubhouse.
