Kids Class (Kindergarten - 5th grade) and Youth Class (6th-9th grade)
Our kids class focuses on learning the 9 foundational CrossFit movements and allows our youngest members to build a life long love of fitness. In this class the focus is on form as much as it is on FUN and always ends with a game!
During the week our youth class is modeled after the adult CrossFit class. It incorporates advanced movements and barbell work at an appropriate load for each skill level.
On Saturday our kids and youth class is combined!
Tuesday and Thursday:
Kids Class: 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Youth Class: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Saturday Kids and Youth Combined:
8:30 am - 9:30 am
