Bakerbaker of Gainesville, Fl is a local baker dedicated to making baked goods in a way that is good for the local economy, environment, and your belly! Our pastries are also available at all Opus Coffee locations in the Shands/UF Health complexes, and we sell every Saturday morning at the Haile Plantation Farmer’s Market from 8:30 am until we sell out.
