Nate's Guitar Academy

In-person Guitar Lessons by Nate Barber. My family is local to the Newberry area. I am now giving guitar lessons to anyone in the area who is interested (Ages 7+). My price is more affordable than the average cost of lessons in this area, and you can try a single lesson risk-free! I have been playing guitar for over 20 years, and have been performing live in various capacities for over 15 years. I currently play Electric Guitar on the DCC Worship Band.

I will be hosting guitar recitals twice a year. These recitals will let you play your favorite songs in front of your family and friends to both help you learn how to perform in front of an audience, and to also help you share your progress with those who care about you.

Lessons will be weekly, 1 on 1 (parents can sit in and watch!), and last for 30 minutes. In this time you will learn the fundamentals of guitar, while also learning songs you can play and practice at home. Eventually, you will work your way up to more advanced techniques. I can also guarantee that the environment for lessons and recitals will be completely family-friendly.
