Down to Dance is a UF student organization that holds free weekly in-person dance workshops for individuals of any age and with any disability. Our choreography uses Arts in Medicine research to help to improve cognitive functions, motor skills, and promote social inclusivity in the community. We have Dance in Medicine certified choreographers who lead a 9 week series, where dancers learn moves to 3 songs and have the opportunity to perform in an end of semester recital! No prior dance experience is required.
