B’z Gelati is an independently owned and operated Gelati food truck and catering company located in Gainesville, Florida. Gelati is the layering of Italian ice or Cream Ice with ice cream. The B’z twist on Gelati is instead of using soft serve we make fresh homemade ice cream with unfiltered organic honey.
