

UF CARD works with families, caregivers and professionals to optimize the potential of people with autism and related disabilities. There are seven non-residential CARD centers across the state. UF CARD serves fourteen counties in North Central Florida. The UF CARD staff includes professionals with expertise in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, and speech-language pathology. The Centers are funded by the Florida legislature, so all of our services are free.
CARD serves children and adults of all levels of intellectual functioning who have autism, autistic-like disabilities, pervasive developmental disorder, dual sensory impairments (deaf-blindness), or a vision or hearing loss with another disabling condition.

Social Learning Groups
Online support group online for parents/guardians/caregivers of individuals with autism and related disabilities. The group is a supportive, respectful, and relaxed space where parents and caregivers can learn from each other’s experiences. It’s a place for growth, connection, and shared insights. Open to parents/guardians/caregivers of registered constituents in our 14 county area.
