Spanning 122 acres, our grounds are home to more than 2,000 rare and exotic animals and over 1,000 plant specimen. With award-winning habitats like Land of the Tiger and Primate Forest, Jacksonville Zoo and Botanical Gardens is proud to be recognized as a world-class destination. We are one of the few institutions with a dedicated Animal Wellness team focused on ensuring every animal in our care has the opportunity to thrive, both physically and mentally.
