Blossom & Bloom Tutoring

My name is Rachel Chastain and I am a former teacher turned tutor! I studied Early Childhood Education at the University of Florida where I graduated with my Masters of Education. I have my teaching certificate in the state of Florida with three endorsements: ESL (English for Speakers of other Languages), Reading, and Special Education. I taught in a classroom setting for five years, where I found my love for intervention and one-on-one teaching. I am qualified to tutor students from age 3 until 3rd grade, with focuses in reading and math intervention.

As an educator, I believe that we all blossom and bloom at our own pace. Comparison is the thief of joy and I am a tutor that will celebrate the big or small victories! Whether your child learned how to read or mastered one sound, I am here to cheer them on as they grow.
