Word Slay: Standing On Words- Teen Monologue & Spoken-Word Poetry Competition

Join us for this free event and to support developing artists that are exploring the power of words! Participants from North Central Florida, Gainesville, Alachua County and surrounding areas will perform an original piece or an existing poem or monologue that is related to a theme; whatever their interpretation of that theme may be.
There will even be cash prizes! This is sure to be an engaging, entertaining, and enlightening event.
