Recreational Gymnastics Classes

Summer Camp!
Join us this summer for three weeks of fun, flips, and fitness! Practice your handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and handsprings with the guidance of our experienced instructors.
Adaptive Gymnastics
In our adaptive gymnastics classes, kids ages 2-16 with physical or intellectual disabilities learn foundational motor skills, improve muscle strength, coordination, and balance, all while having fun!
Carnival Classic 2024
Join us for an unforgettable day of fun at Balance 180 Gymnastics and Sports Academy on June 8th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm! At the Carnival Classic, you'll be transported to a world of circus excitement. Enjoy classic carnival games, tackle the obstacle course, savor delicious sweet treats and savory delights, bounce through the inflatable obstacle course, dive into the new foam pit, and showcase your skills in the performing gym. Plus, don't miss out on the special flash dance performances at 6:00 and 7:00 pm, a secret treat prepared by all Balance 180 athletes!
