Nicoya Farm Permaculture Children’s Programs

Permaculture Wild is a kids enrichment program with the intention to share regenerative play and skills that nourish each child’s unique bond with the Earth, Elements and their plant and animal relatives. We will engage in earth-based activities that encompass the three Ethics of Permaculture: Care for the Earth, Care for the People and Fair Share.

Children of the Earth is an earth-based permaculture program with the intention to inspire children as well as their caregivers to deepen their connection with the natural world around them. Our mentoring approach begins with the use of nature immersion, storytelling, and ecological gardening as a way to learn, grow, and encourage each child (and parent) to grow their own unique bond with the Earth, Elements, and the plant and animal relatives they share this world with. That said, our mission is to plant seeds of stewardship trusting that each seed will flourish in a way that nurtures and honors the gifts (fruits) that each child came to share with the world.
