 y an afternoon baking with us a fun day of making cookies. In this class, w
 e will learn the basics of 4 different cookie recipes. The class will consi
 st of (4) four different groups, where each group makes a different cookie 
 recipe.  The groups will make and bake enough of their assigned cookie for 
 everyone to share.  Students will go home with a baker's dozen, or more, of
  assorted cookies. Traditional Chocolate Chip, Buttery Shortbread, Coconut 
 Macaroons, and Cantucci, an Italian Almond Cookie (and perhaps another type
  of cookie to be determined).  While cookies are baking, students will enjo
 y a full beverage bar set up to make coffee and/or hot chocolate as well as
  an assortment of teas, perfect to go with a warm cookie or two when they c
 ome out of the oven. Make one kind of cookie, but go home with four to five
  different types. Recipes for all cookies will be included in the handout. 
 This class is a hands-on class, so aprons are recommended.  This is a great
  class to attend with a friends group or family for some baking fun.  $70.0
 0 per seat includes chef-led cooking class instruction, printed recipes for
  all cookies made, all supplies and groceries needed to produce cookies, an
 d a baker's dozen of cookies to bring home for each student.
