 unty. If you live in Alachua County and participate in programs like WIC, M
 edicaid, Medicare, or SNAP, you may be eligible to receive a car seat at no
  cost. Must provide proof of enrollment. One car seat per child.<br /><br /
 >A car seat is one of the most effective ways to keep your child safe while
  on the road, but making sure it’s used correctly can be tricky. During you
 r car seat checkup appointment, our nationally certified Child Passenger Sa
 fety Technician(s) will work with you in a hands-on, educational session to
  ensure your child’s seat is installed properly. You'll leave feeling confi
 dent in both the installation and your ability to do it yourself in the fut
 ure.<br /><br />To help you get the most out of your appointment, here are 
 a few tips to prepare:<br />• Try installing the car seat in your vehicle a
 head of time<br />• Bring the instruction manual for your car seat<br />• B
 ring your vehicle’s owner’s manual<br />• If your child has already arrived
