SUMMARY: Kika Silva Pla Planetarium Show - Lucia, The Secret Of Shooting Stars
LOCATION:Kika Silva Pla Planetarium at Santa Fe College 3000 NW 83rd Street, Gainesv
ille, FL 32606
DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:The sequel to “Polaris: The Space Submarine and the Mystery of the Polar Ni
ght” is finally at the Kika Silva Pla Planetarium!

Vladimir, a p
olar bear and James, a penguin, travel into space aboard the Polaris to stu
dy polar aurorae.

Hit by a meteorite, they crash at the foot of
a pre-Columbian pyramid and meet Lucia, a hummingbird who is passionate abo
ut rocks. She tells them about a legend evoking “stones of light”.

Meteorites, shooting stars, these “stones of light” intrigue them all. I
n order to solve this enigma, they board for the Moon, then the asteroid be
lt, and finally land on a comet nucleus. Who is having fun throwing stones
from space?

Hypotheses, observations and analyses will allow the
m to find answers to their questions back on Earth!

(A productio
n of the Saint-Etienne Planetarium)
