 re-enactment of the Battles of Lexington & Concord MA, which kicked off the
  American Revolution.\n\nThis production is part of our City's ongoing cele
 brations of America's 250th Birthday all year. Please join us in downtown N
 ewberry for this event during the, and in conjunction with, our Main Street
  Spring Festival.\n\nThe tribute will kick off with Paul Revere riding thro
 ugh downtown. Next will be a re-enactment of "The Shot Heard 'Round The Wor
 ld" as British and Minute Men meet face to face for the first time. This wi
 ll be culminate and conclude with a clash of the two sides at the historic 
 North Bridge.\n\nAll will take place on Newberry Rd, right in downtown. Ble
 achers will be provided on a first com first served basis. Sound will be pr
 ojected up and down the sidewalks to ensure a close quarter immersive exper
 ience. \n\nAmerica Turns 250 — and Newberry is ready to celebrate BIG!\n\nW
 e’re rolling out a year full of red, white, and woohoo as we honor America’
 s 250th Birthday right here in Newberry! From history coming to life to par
 ades, fireworks, and patriotic fun, these events are all about celebrating
