 k in/set up; all vendors must be setup with their vehicles out of the festi
 val area by 10:30 am<br />11:00 am-1:00 pm - Meet & greet/pictures with San
 ta & Mrs. Clause/Vendors and Food Trucks available<br />12:00 pm-1:45 pm - 
 Parade line up, please look for a town representative in front of Shriners 
 Automotive; parade will go through town, ending point will be R&J’s Fuel St
 op. Floats/Vehicles can turn around there.<br />2:00 pm - Parade begins, th
 e float judges will be in front of town hall under a tent. Please pause the
 re so they can judge your float for the contest. Winners will be announced 
 later in the day at the town lighting.<br />Approximately 3:30 pm or direct
 ly after the parade has ended, the gift raffle will begin. Tickets for the 
 raffle will be available throughout the day outside of town hall.<br /><br 
 />Bell Town Lighting Events<br />3:30 pm-5:00p m - Live entertainment, vend
 ors/food trucks/kids activities in the festival area.<br />3:30-5:00 pm - S
 anta & Mrs. Clause will be available starting after the parade until 5:00 p
 m. Please plan accordingly. (They will also be available in the morning tim
 e from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm before the parade)<br />Sunset - The actual town
  tree lighting will commence just after sunset. We will pause from the gift
  raffle to have Santa and Mrs. Clause light up our tree.
