Get ready to jumpstart your kid’s learning journey with free supplies and fun activities at this year’s community bash!
This is our 2nd Annual Community School Readiness Event. This year the theme is BREAKTHROUGH. In 2025, we showed up to Heartwood with 200 fully stocked backpacks for Gainesville families. Mostly out of pocket. The City of Gainesville came out. The Fire Department came out. The community showed up for itself. Year 2 is bigger. And it's free.

Bike giveaways
Experiences and activities
Community vendors and local speakers. Our goal is 300 to 350 families. Every kid who comes through goes home set for day one. Mark yourself as going. Bring your family. Share this with someone who needs it.
