MC Gainesville: Intergenerational Jam Band

Have you ever dreamed of playing in a band? The Intergenerational Jam Band is for musicians of all ages and abilities (children under age 10 must be accompanied by an adult). Band members will explore the various parts of being in a garage band including harmonic strumming instruments (i.e., guitar, ukulele, mandolin), drum beats (using bucket drums and cajons), singing technique, and playing keyboard/piano. We will learn how to read chord charts and work together to create covers of our favorite songs.
$75 per month or $270 per semester. Can't commit to an entire semester? Drop-in rates available ($25) for the Jam Band.
