Come join us for an afternoon of making pasta and sauce in this class. Students will explore making fresh pasta from scratch using egg, flour and oil as well as learning to make fresh sauce to pair with the pasta. Students will be making their own pasta dough from scratch and then learn kneading and rolling techniques. We will also show students how to form and stuff the pasta with an assortment of fillings. During class the instructor will be making a Marinara Sauce as a demonstration for the class. Students will be making fresh pasta to take home for dinner that evening or to freeze to eat at a later date. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be working with flour and dough at their own stations. Please bring a linen towel & cookie sheet to transport finished pasta home. Sauce containers will be provided.
