Enjoy an evening making fresh ravioli from scratch & then eat them all by yourself as your dinner! There is nothing more satisfying than rewarding yourself by eating the fruits of your own labor. In this fun & interactive class students learn to make fresh pasta dough from egg, flour & oil. Then the chef instructs the class on how to roll out the dough and form individual raviolis stuffed with assortment of ricotta & parmesan cheeses. At the end of the class, your ravioli is cooked for you as your dinner. Several sauce options will be available as well, both vegetarian. This class works with flour, so aprons are recommended. The class includes a beverage, or you may bring your own bottle of wine (ID Required). This is a great class for a date night or a fun evening out. Cooking class instruction from our chef and printed recipes are part of every class. Bread with oil will also be served during this class.
