This class will explore making fresh pasta from scratch using egg, flour and oil as well as learning to make a fresh sauce to pair with the pasta. Students will be making their own pasta from scratch as well as cutting it into the Fettuccine shape. The instructor will also give a demonstration on making the best fresh classic Alfredo sauce. Students will then be consuming their pasta at the end of class, so come prepared to eat. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be working with flour and dough at their own stations.**includes dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of sauce; a classic Marinara sauce will also be available.
