Come out and enjoy a fun night of pasta making. Learn to make pasta from scratch with your choice of flavoring such as tomato, spinach or pesto or plain. During class the chef will make a fresh pesto and then combine it to make a creamy pasta sauce. The class concludes with the preparation of your fresh made pasta for you to eat with a choice of sauces. This class explored using flavorings in pasta where students learn to combine ingredients for a flavored pasta. Each student will make their own pasta using flour and egg; an apron is recommended. All students will be consuming their results at the end of class with their choice of the prepared sauces, so come prepared to eat. *may bring your own bottle of wine.
