Enjoy an afternoon learning to make fresh pasta. Start by learning the basics to an egg pasta dough and techniques for adding flavors such as tomato, spinach, squash & pesto. During the class the instructor will also include a demonstration on making fresh pasta sauces. Each student will be making their choice of pasta to take home and cook at a later date with sample of a choice of sauce from the day. This class explores using flavorings in pasta and the art to making fresh pasta. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be working with a substantial amount of flour making their own pasta. A cookie sheet or container is also recommended so that students can transport the fresh pasta home. Kids are welcome in this class.
