Join us at the Hippodrome Theatre on May 13th for SING! – an interactive musical workshop led by the host of Show & Tell (Gainesville’s most absurd storytelling group) and local musician Collin Whitlock!
In this engaging experience, participants will learn, rehearse, and perform a song together. No prior musical training needed – all experience levels are welcome!

Summer Spectacular 2025
June 9-27 & July 7-25
Summer Spectacular is 3-week long theatre camp that is held at the Hippodrome Theatre. Students explore a variety of classes in theatre, movement, film art and stagecraft. Classes are taught by theatre artists with years of experience in theatre and education.
The camp will culminate with a full-scale production of The Phantom Tollbooth for ages 8-12 and Tuck Everlasting for ages 13-17 on the Hippodrome’s Mainstage.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
No prior experience necessary
Tuition: $630
No refunds 2 weeks after registering. $50 fee for any changes after registration.

Hipp Kids Summer Spectacular 2025

Get ready for a summer full of creativity, fun, and imagination! Our Summer Spectacular Theatre Camp is the perfect place for young theatre enthusiasts to explore their wildest dreams, let their imaginations soar, and express themselves in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment.
Through playful acting exercises, storytelling, and games, students will create a one of a kind play. We believe that there is no right or wrong way to create – just lots of fun, laughter, and opportunities to build confidence.
