Scale: Medela BabyWeigh Infant Scale for measurement of breastmilk intake.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

Your lactation visits may be covered by health insurance! OptiMOM would be happy to talk to you about this option. If we aren't able to bill your insurance, we will provide you with an invoice or "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company after your visit for possible reimbursement. Fill out the form below and we'll be in touch asap regarding coverage and billing options for your visit.

Common insurances we can often bill for you may include: 

  • Aetna

  • Anthem PPO

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

  • Florida Blue

  • Cigna

  • UHC (some commercial plans only cover in-person visits)

  • Most plans that utilize MultiPlan and PNOA

  • VA CCN-Optum East (referral required)
