Mom to Mom Support Group

Mom to Mom Support Group is a FREE offering of the Alachua County Perinatal Mental Health Coalition (ACPMHC) and is led by trained peer support facilitators.
The group welcomes both pregnant and parenting women (no matter where you are on your journey). We discuss topics related to the role changes, challenges and successes that are common during this time of a woman's life. We also share resources and awareness materials about emotional/mental health.
All women are welcome; we celebrate each woman's unique perspective, experiences and values. Come as you are!
