Junior Medical Guild

Open to the UF Medical Community only...

The Junior Medical Guild is a support network to help you become acclimated to life in Gainesville. Through our social activities, friendship, service opportunities, and interest groups, we provide an outlet for you and your family during your time with the UF College of Medicine.

WHO CAN JOIN?
Spouses and fiancées of residents and fellows are all welcome to join. We also welcome female residents and fellows. Our current members are stay-at-home moms, teachers, doctors, graduate students, accountants, physical therapists, speech pathologists, nurses, biologists, and administrators.

WHAT ARE INTEREST GROUPS?
Our interest groups provide opportunities for JMG members to meet new people, explore books and food, and share in the Gainesville experience. Our interest groups include: Book Club, Supper Club, Game Night, Girls' Night Out, Playgroup, and Stork Club, which provides meals to new moms.
