Florida Museum of Natural History Junior Volunteer Program

Teens ages 14 to 17 serve alongside Museum staff throughout the summer, sharing programs and exhibits with visitors. This is a great opportunity to serve your community while making friends who also love the Museum!

All Junior Volunteers are trained and supervised. However, all Junior Volunteers must be able to work independently because supervisors cannot be present at all times.

A variety of positions are available, including
-Discovery Cart attendant
-Discovery Zone assistant
-Exhibit docent

Teens that are selected to serve as Junior Volunteers during the summer are eligible to serve during the school year.
