We build a foundation of emotional intelligence in our students that will dictate their future success both academically and socially.
We also provide an atmosphere of play that fosters the child’s natural curiosity and need for exploration, allowing us to create dynamic and authentic learning experiences.
We use McGraw-Hill’s Early Childhood Express because it supports our mission of focusing on whole child education. It nurtures children’s learning in Math, Science, Early Literacy, Arts, and Social Studies, while also supporting their Social-Emotional growth and using Imaginative Play to build on learned concepts. Though we have the curriculum as a framework for learning, our teachers know that the best way to educate a child is to keep them engaged and interested. Which is why we remain flexible and responsive to the evolving interests that arise within our Preschool. This approach allows us to create a dynamic and authentic learning experience, where children can fully engage and embrace the wonders of education.

Start of day / drop off / free play
9:00AM
Rug Time: Where we “calibrate” for the day. Providing valuable social interaction, introducing concepts and creating community within the classroom.
9:30AM
Sports: Children will rotate through one of the six gym areas in our facilities. Early introduction to sports helps build the gross motor skills that will support fine motor skills for writing, as well as create a child who is confident in their own body. The sports areas include Sun Gym, Pre-School Gym, Rockwall, NinjaZone, Bounce Houses and Dance.
10:00AM
Snack time
10:30AM
Outside Free Play: Students spend at least 30 minutes every day outside either on the playground, or doing sensory play with water, chalk or bubbles.
11:00AM
Classroom Centers: This is when children will engage in their Math, Science, Social Studies, Art or Imaginative Play for the day. Teachers set up three areas the children will rotate through that will build on the theme of the week. For example, they may use tactile numerals to sort for their math center or play a game of Dominoes with letter sounds to support early literacy.

Nap time for those who still nap.
1:30PM-2:00PM
Sports: Children will participate in a different sport for the day.
