Prenatal Yoga at The Birth and Wellness Center of Gainesville
Prenatal Yoga is designed to nourish and empower you during this sacred time of growth and transformation. This 75-minute class incorporates breathing and meditation techniques, stretches, and strengthening postures to ease physical discomfort associated with pregnancy and help prepare your body and mind for labor, birth, and motherhood. Through body, breath, and awareness techniques you will learn ways to connect to your innate wisdom and intuition, quiet your busy mind, and manage pain naturally. This class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and is a great opportunity to connect with other expecting mamas.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle (extra mats are available if you don’t have one). All other props are provided.
