CAMP FEES

PAYMENT POLICIES

Students must be pre-registered to attend summer camp and are subject to a $50 registration fee.
You only have to pay for the weeks for which you register to attend (kids must be pre-registered as space is limited).
Camp fees are due each Monday that a student is registered to attend summer camp.
If a student is registered for a week of camp, but does not show up, their fees will be added to the next week they attend. Kids will not be able to attend camp again until fees are paid.
Last-minute day rates are available only when we have capacity.
Camp fees include all field trips for full-time campers. Part time campers are charged field-trip fees in addition to their part-time fees.
Part-time campers will be charged for each field trip they attend.
Due to supply purchasing and staffing, you must pay for any week for which your child is registered for summer camp. If an emergency arises and you need to cancel a week of camp you’re registered for, please reach out to deAnna Petruch, our Camp Director, to discuss your cancellation.
Kids will be unable to attend camp until all fees have been paid.
